Bob began his real estate career in 1977, when he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, and successfully completed the Colorado Bar Exam. In addition to practicing law from 1977 to 1989, Bob was licensed
as a real estate salesman in 1982 and as a real estate broker in 1984. He moved to Des Moines, Iowa in 1985, where he joined Iowa Realty Co., Inc. as corporate counsel. In 1989, he made the transition to full time commercial brokerage, and joined Iowa
Realty Commercial Brokers. During the next nine years, he was a consistent top producer for the company, and attained the Active Office and Active Industrial designations from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
